About Us
Austin Security and Investigation Solutions, LLC, is a Veteran owned and operated business. Our management team has Federal, County, and Local Law Enforcement experience as well as military experience. We offer armed and unarmed uniformed security officers, executive protection officers, and private investigators.
Licensing
Austin Security and Investigation Solutions is licensed through the Department of Public Safety Private Security Board (License #C10453901). All of our Security Officers, Personal Protection Officers, and Private Investigators are licensed by the Department of Public Safety Private Security Board. In addition, a background check is completed on all our newly hired personnel.
Training
In addition to the state's licensing requirements, our uniformed Security Officers and Personal Protection Officers must pass firearms and physical fitness assessments as a condition of employment. After hiring, our Officers must maintain these standards and are tested annually. All Officers must complete the state required re-certification course every two years. Our Private Investigators must complete 18 hours of continuing education every two years.

Our team understands the importance of discretion. We have experience working with high profile clients, and all personnel working for Austin Security and Investigation Solutions are required to sign non-disclosure agreements. Sensitive emails are sent using industry regulated encryption and archived in an immutable WORM (write once read many) storage state.
